    You’re probably …
You’re probably right, Sheridan’s form hasn’t picked up, another Guinness Premiership player hyped up to be something he’s not.

    Gethin Jenkins has …
Gethin Jenkins has played well in this year’s 6 nations – better than sheridan anyway. The amount of hype about sheridan is ridiculous – he’s just not that good.

I think if the coach (whoever it is) could convince someone like Martin Corry to join the tour then we may have a chance

    I am England …
I am England through and through. But I cannot see one English player who is good enough to play in a Lions Test team…Not one! It will be Welsh and Irish with perhaps the odd Scot.. OConnel as captain.

    Sheridan has half a …
Sheridan has half a chance, he hasn’t been in great form but the home nations don’t have any other decent looseheads floating around so he has as good a chance as anyone.

    On current form, no …
On current form, no english player would be included but if they have any chance to beat South Africa they have to take world class players or potentially world class players. Which of the potential fly halves are world class ? Not Stephen Jones or O’Gara. I suspect Jonny Wilkinson will start for the Lions, even if he’s playing from a wheelchair.

i agree, it would be johnny wilkinson starting for the lions, if he was fit. How long has it been since wilkinson played last? theres no chance that hes gunna start ahead of stephen jones or ROG, id go with ROG as first choice 10. although if wiklinson was injury free and on form, hed get it hands down.
