The forwards (usually the hardest hit) try to wrest control of the ball and then get it to the backs, who try to run the ball up to the try line and score it. Not to say it’s entirely pain-free, but it’s the best you’ll get. I’m a forward, and you definitely get some pain there. (You also shouldn’t be a forward if you get claustrophobic, too. ^.^ )
