Just wondered if people could tell me the best exercises and diet to get a rugby player body. Also I’m currently doing swimming to reduce my weight a bit already.

Weight circuit training combined with your swimming. Work out all your muscles in a circuit and do some extra benching, you might want to do some running as well.

Do short fast movements, go to gym go on rowing thing, put in a small distance and try and complete it extra fast!! Rugby players when playing use short fast bursts of energy ( slow twitch muscle fibers) work on your ability to not get out of breath on small things. Work on your leg muscles as when being tackled you legs will support you. Have very large and strong legs like tree trunks! Your chest has allot to do with your upper body strengh, and when you got 5lads hanging off you, you will need have a powerful strong chest!!! So yeah 🙂

Actually, you don’t need to diet as such if you want to lose weight, the only method that definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I shed twenty pounds, it definitely does work!
