are you kidding me …
are you kidding me , actually before I say anything I’m American and I play both rugby in the spring, and football in the fall. For all the people who think football is a ”sissy game” it isn’t at all. Pads dont exactly protect people, they hurt a lot more to get hit in pads than without, look at helmet to helmet hits those people up. I do like to play rugby though but overall you need more mental and physical toughness to play football

After a player is …
After a player is tackled they have 3 seconds to release the ball they can either toss the ball to one of their team mates or place the ball on the ground. Either the Players from their team or the opposite team step over them and the ball in order to push the opposite team away and thats called a ruck . At least that’s what the rules are when i play
