		<description>you can do what pros do and train at high altitude. if thats not an option start running distance for workouts. start with half a mile to a mile and then gradually increase. if this is too much running then try running a quarter of a mile walking a quarter running a quarter and so on until you build up some endurance&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
