    squats and deadlifts, with a barbell. put some weight on each side so that it is hard to do 10 reps. these are great exercises and work more than 75% of your body. having good form is important, so I would look up some videos on youtube or something that can show you how to do them, good luck!
    "inch by inch life's a sinch, yard by yard life's hard"
    basically don't expect changes over night.

    Try kick boxing for an hour 3 times a week. It works your obliques and your lower 2 abs of the six pack. Also, do crunches on the exercise ball, not just regular crunches on thevfloor. The ball forces your core to work to try to stabilize your body and as a result, your core gets an intense workout.

    What are some good everyday exercises for building a strong core?
    Hi i'm 14 and i play volleyball and having a strong core is very important in volleyball.what are some good everyday exercise for building a very strong core? besides sit ups and crunches because they aren't very effective. thanks!
